Child Care Provider Training - Positive Discipline - Jefferson City
Positive Discipline – Getting to “Yes”
Participants will review a positive approach to discipline and learn several techniques to get cooperation from the children they work with including: “Putting Money in the Bank”, “Letting go of the Rope”, WESTI, “You’re right, when you are right“ and more.
These workshops, developed by University of Missouri Extension, teach child care providers to create learning opportunities that foster children's literacy, math, and science understanding. Child Care providers can receive 2 clock hours of training.
Must register by December 3, 5:00 p.m.
